Hola,
we basically suck at keeping up on this thing... therefore in addition to our other resolutions, writing on our blog is the top one. We just got back from christmas break and are starting to get back into a routine, adjusting our long runs according to our new schedules.
Also, today marks 13 weeks from our first long race, the George Washington Parkway 10miler... should be interesting, considering we are still running our long runs at 6 miles, but don't worry... as always, we have a plan! A 10 week plan that we printed off of the internet to be specific, therefore we still have three weeks to get our shit together and start "officially" training.
